Level 1 Award In Health, Safety in a Construction Environment Awareness Course For CSCS Green Card To get a CSCS Green Card you must complete the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment Awareness course. This Level 1 Award Health and Safety qualification is aimed at learners who currently work, or want to work, in construction. Successful completion will enable you to move on to take the CITB health, safety, and environment test, and then apply for the new Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) Green Card. This card allows access to construction sites in the UK as a non-skilled worker. Course Overview Consists of: Understanding the importance of Health and Safety in a Construction Environment Define the Health and Safety Legislation and its impact on the work environment. Identify risk assessments and safer working practices regarding hazards in a construction environment. Explain the consequences of failure of compliance. Prepare for CSCS green card assessment. Level 1 Health and Safety in a Construction Environment Accredited Exam.
