IPAF Scissor Lift 3A Training Course

Course information: This is a 1 day training course for novice or experienced workers for up to a maximum of 8 candidates This can be carried out at your site across the UK or at our training centres The course consists of: Introduction and pre-course theory test Understanding MEWP categories and structural parts Familiarity with regulations like ISO 18878, PUWER, LOLER, RIDDOR, WAHR, MHSW Pre-use inspection/handover Safe operating methods and hazards Theory test practical training Practical assessment Information on licence renewal & log books Course evaluation Certification: Upon successful completion of the 3A IPAF Scissor Lift Training course, delegates will receive a 3A IPAF PAL (Powered Access Licence) Card, which is valid for 5 years, and an IPAF Certificate of Training for the 3A Scissor Lift category. Renewal- 5 Year renewal of programme Trained operator theory test followed by a practical test Grants Construction companies registered with the CITB levy can claim grants from the CITB for NVQ’s and each completed course
