Course information: This is a 1 day training course for novice or experienced workers for up to a maximum of 6 candidates This can be carried out at your site across the UK or at our training centres The course consists of: Who does it apply to: Anyone who will be working within the utilities, construction, civils, electrical sectors on overhead power lines cable pulling, underground cable pulling, pulling Gas and Water P.E mains through ducts and existing mains when carrying out mains replacement works. Regulation 9 of the provision and use of work equipment regulations states that all persons operating any machinery or equipment must receive adequate training in the safe use of the equipment when operating the Winch including certification before using the equipment.
