Qualification:
  • NPORS / EUSR CATEGORY 1
Course information:
  • This is a 1-day training course for novice and the experienced operators.
  • This can be carried out at your site across the UK or at one of our our training centres.
Training includes:
  • Brief history of the locating devices
  • Obtaining plans and understanding them
  • Testing the equipment before use
  • Using the locators
  • The disadvantages of using certain modes
  • The advantages of using certain modes
  • Using the Genny
  • Induction modes
  • Connection mode, including sondes, flexi trace, plug and clamp adaptors.
  • Detection on Power, Radio, Genny and Avoidance modes.
